I thought it was a gamble buying something from Japan, in that I wasn't sure how long it would take to arrive and what extra duties/taxes would be applicable. Turns out I needn't have worried; it's a great product, from a great seller, it took 6 days from order date to arrive with great communications by DHL, VAT was added by Ebay and including that, it was way less than half price of an equivalent product available in the Uk (from USA i think). Excellent.

Seller not very. Helpful. If you are going to sell a phone in half Japanese you should be more willing and able to help with setup. With that said, the phone was like new and works well once I spent a week messing around with it. Also the seller took over a week to ship. Still positive feedback, but it’s feedback so it has to be honest. Thanks
