    Slightly Outdated..

    As cam selection has moved towards higher rocker ratios, lighter valves and retainers.. spinning higher and higher rpms.. this book helps with none of that unfortunately. I expect a good cam selection book to discuss spring selection, mass/inertia and some examples of cams/springs/weights, and why they work.. what doesn't work. Sorry, but no real info here that I didn't already have in more general sbc engine books. Tim

    Good shit

    Good book, very informative if a little out of date. Still a recommended read though. Really helps sort out exactly what your doing as you change the timing parameters of a camshaft.
