Decent, Light Day Workout - Nice Instructor!
I'm one of those who like ALL the Firm workouts, even the new ones. The newer ones may not wipe us out like the classics, but they are still much better than most other workouts on the market in terms of quality, form, balance, variety, etc. It is true the newer workouts seem to cater to a more beginner exerciser, but I think more advanced exercisers can still benefit, using heavier weights or combining the workouts on light exercise days. Emily W. has an engaging personality, and seems like a real person, which is very motivating. I like her emphasis on working the muscles in a different way, and adding a good variety of movement to keep the workout interesting. Veteran "Firmies" already have heavy and light weights to choose from, so they can make the moves harder, ... I'm one of those who like ALL the Firm workouts, even the new ones. This is absolutely PERFECT for those days when you don't feel up to working out or you're sore from the day before! This is light & just right! As Emily stresses in this video, "You may notice that we're using light weights mostly througout this workout. We want to use light weights for muscle recovery, to enjoy the flow, increase flexibility, have range of motion & strength with no fatiguing." She is so right! This video impressed me because it was fun & light. You didn't feel overwhelmed on which weights to use, you just do the workout! It's carefree, relaxing & totally enjoyable! I highly recommend this video for those days when you're fatigued & looking for something light & airy to do. It doesn't overstrain you, it ... It's an extemely enjoyable workout that I believe no FIRM collector would want to be without!

Believe this is the same as Total Body Lite
Believe they are the same dvd. This really is a lite cardio and lite toning dvd. They say in the dvd this will not fatigue your muscles. It is for recovering days. I thought you weren't suppose to do any muscle lifting on the off days. If you want lite, this is very good. If you want more, dont buy this. This is much easier than other Firm or Prevention dvds.

I was really disappointed in this dvd. It was not what i expected. It says Cardio Fusion on the box and it is a lite workout. When you hear cardio, you think that it will work you hard. This one don't. This is not one of Emily's best workouts. Her aerobic and weight training video is good. Not this one. A major disappointment
