Worst experience I've had on eBay. Was lied to about when item would ship, then completely ignored follow-up message. Opened a case with eBay about why my item was not shipped 10 days after payment, only to be lied to again by the seller. Finally delivered 5 days after the final estimated shipping date had long past, completely missing the chance to give this gift as the birthday present on the actual birthday. Seller only offered 50% off shipping cost as a solution. Terrible customer service

Customer is upset item was not shipped by UPS over a holiday weekend and took 10 days to get to him. Our 3 day shipping window is clearly state on the auction. I have no control over the item once it is dropped off at UPS. Customer even stated we offered 50% off shipping for the delay, and then said "Terrible Customer Service". We have sent multiple messages to this customer, and have poste multiple updates during shipping. Item was dropped off 2 days after cleared payment, total shipping was 6
