About this product

Product Information

One of Japan's most shocking splatter-horror franchises, GUINEA PIG, finally makes its North American debut with the release of two features. In "Devils Experiment," a video tape and a letter are given to the Tokyo police in a small discreet envelope with no return address or postal marks. The accompanying letter tells of an experiment on human endurance and how much the human body and mind can endure before succumbing to death. In "Android of Notre Dame," a scientist's sister has a dreaded heart disease that is slowly killing her. Now, he must find a way to cure her in any way possible. Animal research can only do so much but, on the other hand, a real human body could work wonders. Only for those with strong stomachs, the GUINEA PIG series will leave you numb.

  • 1 Disappointing Film and 1 Decent Weird Film!

I knew going into this film that it was very low budget and nothing for a plot besides a snuff scenario ,but this film just plain sucked. Unlike "Flower of Flesh and Blood" this film did not seem any bit realistic and at times I swear it looked like the girl who was being tortured and then killed was smiling from time to time. Basically this is one of the worst films in this sub-genre of horror. Stay away from this one at all costs! Now when it comes to Android of Notre Dame well it was weird ,but alot more watchable.

  • devil's experiment

i bought this film as a gift for a friend. years back we were trying to find some over the top horror flicks, and i thought this would make asurprising christmas gift. can't locate old friend and not quite brave enough to watch.

  • guinea pig: devils experiment/android of notre dame

this video was nothing like the guinea pig series I seen in japan in the mid 1980's the guinea pig video's were much more graphic and much more realistic.
