    A handy reference on the final planned generation of battleships

    This is another winner from Cmdr. Stille. He has managed to condense down the details on five classes of last generation battleships with superb artwork and tables that compare gun performances and engineering details. The hardcover books that form the basis for his narrative would cost a reader well over several hundred dollars; if you could find them in print!
