  • Loved it as a kid, my kids love it now!

This is one of those fun James Stevenson books where theme grandpa tells his grandkids exaggerated stories. This is not my most favorite James Stevenson book, but it is great and worth what I paid for it! I definitely recommend. Check out his other books too.

  • Good book for whiners.

Another gem by James Stevenson. Once again, it begins with the grandchildren relating to Grandpa a dilemma in their lives. Grandpa, as usual, responds with a story from his childhood that makes their woes seem tiny. I love the illustrations which closely follow the very imaginative text. Obviously, Stevenson's inner child is alive and well. And this message is a good one for all of us. I send it to my friends when they are feeling sorry for themselves. "Could be worse," is my message.

  • Could Be Worse

The book was in great condition. The story was adorable. My Grandkids loved it.

  • COULD BE WORSE!

ONE OF MY KIDS, AND MY FAVORITE BOOKS DURING THEIR CHILDHOOD. NOW... WITH OVER "20" GRANDS... I HAVE ENJOYED BLESSING THEM WITH THIS ADORABLE, YET GREAT LIFE VALUES LESSON... "IT COULD BE WORSE" PROVIDES WONDERFUL DISCUSSIONS WITH YOUR KIDS AND GRANDKIDS. INVOKES KEEN, FUN IMAGINATION SKILLS AND STIMULATES OUR YOUNG ONES TO THINK ABOUT... GRATITUDE, AS WELL!
