Item was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, just a few days. This voltage works good after testing it at 3v setting with a 3v LED. Being extra economical, it does not come with an AC supply switch or DC output switch, however people can purchase a small AC switch if needed. There is an on-off DC switch included on the voltage adjust knob just beyond the lowest voltage setting. Crafty people can make DC load switch box if needed. An power diode can reduce the voltage to the load.
