    Easy to use keyboard

    I love the keyboard as the reason I ordered it I have one like it at my house and I wanted another one just like the one I liked at my home office. I have had it a couple of weeks and i am still trying to get it cleaned as there was dust all around all of the keys and even hair and Im trying to use a paint brush to clean around the keys otherwise I'm satisfied with the keyboard but still do not have it cleaned up good.     They could have done better, and they did with the Eclipse II

    After my beloved Eclipse II died from ingesting too much Mountain Dew in one sitting, I looked for a suitable replacement and decided on this Saitek Eclipse. I should have waited for the real thing. First, the keys are too 'springy' and much too soft at the end of the keystroke. Second, the keys are painted silver which makes the backlighting ineffective. Give me black keys. Third, the backlighting is very inconsistent over the whole keyboard. Bright on keys to the left of home, but really dim on the left side. The number pad is dim also.
