My original order was canceled with no explanation, then messaged me she found transfer, then added extra $5.71 to the price. Communication went unanswered, slow or vague. Item arrived late, poorly packaged, missing the applicator, and with the product exposed due to a missing cap. I received a refund $5.71 after confronting the price difference, but overall, this showed little care or professionalism. She complained about packaging when it was packaged by the manufacturer IOD. We taped the entire item shut so not sure whey it was missing the cap.
