    I have recently switched to a more vegetarian/ vegan diet due to high cholesterol. I was looking for a good cookbook with recipes that didn’t have loads of ingredients. I came across The Vegan 8 online and really liked the simplicity of the recipes, so I decided to get the cookbook. Brandi Doming has created some wonderfully tasty recipes and shows you how to make plant based sauces that are ingenious. She also lists nutritional information for most all recipes. Pictures are included for each and they’re beautiful. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the book is because a lot of recipes use the same veggies. There are hundreds of vegetarian/vegan websites though, so there is a huge world online to explore. I would highly recommend this cookbook for anyone who wants to improve their health. ...
