Only the brave lets you in on a very elite group of people who are already part of a very special group of people, Firefighters! People and property are first on their adjenda, unlike another profession they go charging into danger to do their job and help others! They will and have risked their lives protecting people and property. They don't wait untill the fire is over to go in and fight it and then want to be a hero. This movie shows wildland firefighers as they truely are, humble,brave, caring and strong! I should know, my daughter is a wildland firefighter. If your not crying by the end credits then there is either, something wrong with you or your a law enforcement officer. Wow. For some dumb reason I didn't finish reading what this movie was about before watching it. I wasn't aware til the end that these brave young men died in this fire. That year in our lives was very busy with deaths in the family & I wasn't aware of what was going on in the peripheral so much. If I had, I would've mourned.
