Once the boys are in place, a series of spills occurs-causing the hazwopers to come swarming and the beach-side Moss Head Motel (B's headquarters) to become the grounds for the biggest, ongoing nightly bazaar of illegal recreation the Gulf town of Indian River has ever seen.
