I did have issues initially with my 2 computers couldn't detect either drive but tried it in 30 minutes fixed it self no idea. The drives now have been few months in my back up storage device no issues passes Smart Test very happy

Printer set up and connected, everything works without any issues. One of the Magenta ink cartridges packaged with the printer could not be used as its tab had snapped off, but this isn't a problem as I have my own stock of ink cartridges anyway, so no worries there.
