Was happy to receive the item early (with all installation pieces) yet unhappy to find a small chip on a side of the lid which is also visible when the lid is open. Since the item was well wrapped for shipping with no outside damage to the box, perhaps it was sent with this blemish? Or possibly the seller was unaware of the chip? Bottom line, it's disappointing yet will make it work since no returns are accepted. Happy to have the seat and will learn to live with the defect.
