Immediately after purchase I reached out to seller to verify their listing photo depicted the correct version of item. Seller responded that incorrect photo was included in their listing and I asked to cancel the order. Seller cancelled order right away and issued a refund. Refund is still being processed by Paypal back my credit card account over a month later. Quite a hassel. Item was shipped to me anyway and despite repeated messages to seller to return the item, seller did not reply promptly

I don't get it. Annick Goutal provided the product pictures, on your request we verified the current design and canceled the order as it wasn't the product you wanted. I dont't see the need for a negative review. The only loss were 5 minutes for a quick message chat.

They sent me the wrong baby it was in parts wasn’t assembled it was supposed to be assembled baby doll with rooted hair and I didn’t even get that and with clothes I contacted her and she said she speak with the warehouse and I still haven’t heard back from her So be careful who you buy from on this app please cause it may be a scam. Unfortunately, the buyer has no patience. After she sent me a picture of the faulty goods, the purchase price was refunded immediatly as a correct replacement delivery cannot be guaranteed.
