Item was missing carrying strap, which was included twice in the listing description. Seller rudely stated I should buy one at Goodwill and offered no alternative or even a small credit. Would definitely not recommend seller as her communication style is not customer friendly. She did say I could return the bag, so I could pay a total of $40 in shipping costs.
