  • Happiest Parents on the Block!

The Happiest Baby on the Block book is excellent, but it's difficult to find time to read it after you've had the baby. The DVD sums up the technique so that you can easily put it into practice. It's also great to see the technique being performed. Don't forget to check out the FAQ section in the Special Features. There's lots of good information there too. This technique really worked for us. This DVD, the Amazing Miracle Blanket, and Lansinoh Lanolin were the things that saved us in the first few weeks after our son was born. I just wish we'd had them beforehand!

  • Useful techniques

I had watched this DVD with my children when my grandchildren were born and we had success with the calming techniques so I purchased it for a baby gift. The instructions are easy to follow. The doctor answers a lot of standard questions that every parent of a newborn has. The DVD also has about 60 minutes of white noise which can be played to help a baby sleep.

  • Great DVD!

This is a great DVD! The information he gives about handling babies works wonderfully. I shared it with my neighbor, who confirms that the techniques used in the presentation can be successfully used by all mothers, grandmothers or any care-giver.

  • The Happiest Baby on the Block

I read the book, which is a lot more informative, but the video is WONDERFUL--especially if you have a husband who would like to learn the techniques but can't be bothered to read the book. My husband has watched the video and thinks the techniques are really helpful--for which I am grateful.
