So far so good. The bottle was factory-wrapped in cellophane and looked fine. It wasn't until I peeled away the cellophane i found the bottle inside was broken. It came out of the partly unwrapped cellophane in pieces. This seems like a fluke. The seller told me to mail back the bottle and he would send me another. I've put the bottle in the mail and assume the replacement will arrive.

item arrived damaged, some items were missing. contacted seller and received a reply that stated its not his problem to make good. that is total dishonesty. when i requsted a refund, seller refused. beware of this seller.
