Exactly as described. Seller was accommodating regarding cost and did take a little off via the best offer button. Was a little shocked it was shipped just laying in a "huge" box with no padding inside to prevent it from sliding around and busting through the box when it got tossed around during shipping, but thankfully it arrived okay and didn't bust out. The handlebar itself was well padded and protected, so no scratches etc. All said, I'm very pleased and would buy from this seller again.
