    For the tool to work properly I had to have .020" machined off OD of inside piece ( .300" deep ) and .020" from ID of outer piece ( .300" deep ) . Reasons - the seal wouldn't go on the locating piece properly & the outer seal installer wouldn't go over the crankshaft freely.
