I purchased a Lego Friends Rescue Mission Boat. It was listed as NEW in original packaging as found in the store. Seller sold me a used, re-sealed (with packing tape) set with the lego boat partially built. The item also smelled of fabric softner/perfume. To top it off, seller did not pay the appropriate amount of postage to cover the shipping so I had to drive to the Post Office, pay additional postage and pick up a used item.
