Seller please add more packaging to the box. The shipping company damaged the unit twice I have shopped here. Other than that, great customer support and product works as intended. I may have too high of an expectations for the condition; given the console is over a decade old, I think as long as it works well, it is great.

Receiving this was what I would call a pleasure. The console arrived in a condition that rivaled brand new. Delicate and careful packaging made sure it was safe in its delivery. They went above and beyond to clean, test, and deliver on this product and it shows. I will more than likely buy another console from this particular seller in the future. I’ve had misforunate experiences of consoles arriving in weird packaging or being subpar, but once again- it may as well have been like brand new.
