Best mouse I've ever had!
This is just a really great mouse. It is one of those products that you use that just disappears when you use it. It becomes like an extension of your body. It is so well designed and so intuitive to use that I am not distracted by any issue with it. I bought it because I have the original M Anywhere mouse and after many years (maybe 10?) I was having trouble with it and thought I should buy a new one before it totally stopped working. But while I was waiting for my new MX Anywhere 3 to arrive, I decided to try to clean it. Well, I researched how to take it apart but decided that was too much trouble. All I did was take the batteries out and then spray WD 40 and rubbing alcohol into it and spin and wobble the wheel back and forth until I was able to get a huge amount of dirt and ... This is just a really great mouse. It is one of those products that you use that just disappears when you use it. It becomes like an extension of your body. Left/Right Scroll Buttons Gone
It’s a mouse so there’s no praise for the tracking and buttons working as they should. As with all MX Anywhere’s the tracking is superb - working literally ‘anywhere’ you try it. But unfortunately that’s where the praise ends. Logitech has effectively tried to solve a problem here that didn’t exist. The scroll wheel worked perfectly well on the 2 and 2S. It’s really only a novelty that the “magnetic” wheel will disengage when spun fast enough, allowing it to scroll unnecessarily fast. Pages fly by incomprehensibly, having no idea where you are in the document or webpage. Possibly this is great for some people in some use-case I’m unaware of. But for me, the scroll bar located on the right side of literally every screen in existence works better. You can move to exactly where you want on ... There’s a reason this functionality has been around unchanged on computers almost since the GUI itself was first introduced to operating systems 40 years ago - 1981 and 1979 respectively. This leads us directly into the worst problem for this mouse. This “new and improved” scroll wheel has TAKEN FUNCTIONALITY AWAY from the mouse. Every mouse worth its salt in the last decade has left/right scroll buttons. Not here. I realize this might not be a deal-breaker for some but with the way I program them there isn’t a button on the mouse I use more than those two, sans left-click. It didn’t even cross my mind to be sure they were still present as every mouse I’ve used in the last ten years at any price point has had them. I’ll be going straight back to my 2 until the 2S arrives.

right button too light
I am a faithful Logi MX anywhere user. I had every edition since the first one. The new MX Anythere 3 has a new scroll wheel and USB-C charging that I like. but the right button is too light that I can't stop clicking it accidentally. I wish they maintain the old design so I can rest my finger without clicking it.

nice update to the MX Anywhere 2.
great update to the MX Anywhere 2. Only negative is the glide pads should be non marring. Logi used the same ones as before and they leave black marks.

Great mouse.
The MX anywhere 3 is a great mouse many times over. This is my 4th one. Daughter and Wife got the other two. The charge last forever, it works like a great mouse should and is comfortable to use. Even the 5 grandchildren brag about how great this mouse is. The dongle or Bluetooth now both work great and it's easy to add other compliant devices.
