The product was fine; the delivery was on-time as advertised which cannot be said for some other vendors. The only problem I have experienced is the condition of the boxes upon arrival. On the occasions I purchased the product, the packages arrived clearly damaged. The product inside was fine but the packaging was not. I suppose that is the fault of the entity delivering the boxes and I would suggest that the issue be addressed before it gets more serious (start missing product, damage, etc.).
