We did offer the buyer with a replacement but unfortunately the buyer just want his money back which goes against our return policy. Our return policy(Under all of our item listing page) clearly stated that item that was damaged/lost on the road are not under warranty since this item is for off-road usage. The item won't fell off the car by itself and it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the item was securely installed on the vehicle before driving around.
