Mark Douglas went from fit to fat and back and shared the entire ride in a deeply layered manner which helps the wannabe and the professional as you peel this guide one lesson at a time. Be sure to obtain a copy of Trading In The Zone by the same author, they synergistically work together for your development. They won't just teach you about trading.
