Product Information

In the 1920s, a group of archaeologists led by adventurer Rick O'Connell (Brendan Fraser) discovers the mummified body of Imhotep, an Egyptian priest who was cursed for falling in love with the Pharoah's mistress. When they accidentally resurrect him, the battle for survival begins, as the mummy begins to use his powers to reclaim his long-lost love. Director Stephen Sommers updates this classic Universal monster for the 1990s, using a dazzling array of computer-generated special effects. Fun performances from Fraser and Weisz add to the tongue-in-cheek Saturday matinee appeal.

    I was in Awe of The Mummy

    LET's TALK PRICE for just a second b4 I get to the review. If anybody is considering buying "The Mummy" Trilogy on BLU-Ray format might have already noticed the extreme cost on eBay for the Trilogy. At $33.33 (as of 1/15/12) it's quite high. So just do what I did and buy them separately. You will save at least 10 bucks. Excluding shipping fees, I only paid $20.25 for the Mummy Trilogy on Blu Ray. As for the review, well, what can I say, I personally feel that comedy aside, this was probably the best Mummy movie ever. The visual effects on their own are worth the price of admission. Now, getting back to the comedy portion of our film, well, I loved it, what can I say. It's that silly dark humor. Anyway, if you do buy it and watch "The Mummy" you WILL absolutely need to buy "The Mummy ...

    Amazing Movie, perfect in Blu ray, and at such an amaing price.

    I love this movie I have been waiting a long time to see this in Blu ray, It's a great translation, I've seen the movie many times on dvd and it's like a whole new experience on Blu ray, its visually stunning. this is one of my all time favorite movies, and I'm so happy to see it on Blu ray.
