Seller is a DROP SHIPPER. Ordered end of April 2024. Original item was paid for but never sent. Contacted seller who said "Hello, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. Do you need a reissue or a refund." It is an INCONVIENCE when we take your money, but don't send product? We have a different word for it here. Item arrived today, obviously RETURNED previously (Even said so on the padded envelope) with a shattered plastic case and pre-opened packaging. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!

I am requesting that you send me replacements packaged where they will not bee smashed by the post office in transit, and not where it takes 9 days to receive the items, or give me a REFUND.
