vitamix 3600 plus
The vitamix 3600 plus built in about 1970. Looks solid by todays standard. Has a very powerful motor that can turn ice cubes into slush in a matter of seconds. I have been experimenting making smoothies. At first I thought it didn't make smoothies as well as the ninja I had, but I'm learning to use it and my smoothies are improving. There are some pieces, mostly carrots that didn't blended well, but I add ice cubes and can run it longer without getting a hot smoothy. The reason I bought the vitamix is because of how well it is made. It is 45 years old and its still works and looks good. I have had two Ninjas. One lasted 3 months, was sent another, that one lasted 5 months. Also, the stainless steel container is much healthier to use then the plastic used in todays blenders. They ...
