Seller is immediately responsive to all inquiries. Order was delivered without appropriate installation hardware. I blame Broaddict, the manufacturer. Directions not clear, and parts list ambiguous, so it is difficult to go to local store for my own parts. Seller responded by reportedly “ordering the hardware” to be received in one week. This issue is pending. If the right stuff is received this week, I rate 100% positive. If hardware is not received, I’m returning product.
