    Item arrived broken in numerous pieces. Was not damaged in shipping as pieces of glass were missing and not included in box. Third one I have ordered, all were broken.

    First we heard of a problem was this feedback. We do our best to ship fragile items safely, unfortunately, from time to time, items are broken in shipping. All buyer would have needed to do was, reach out to us, the problem would have been rectified. To imply that we would send an already broken item, is a bit absurd. Buyer claims this is the third time this has happened to him, sounds like he might have a problem with local carrier. Still waiting on response from buyer and or a photo of damage.
