The item sadly was most likely damaged in shipping. It was a bummer to say the least, especially since the seller shipped the item quickly and with great communication. I informed the seller of the issues I had with the item and they IMMEDIATELY reached out to resolve the issue. While this purchase did not go as planned, I WILL be buying another simply due to the professional interaction and issue resolution that is hard to come by nowadays.
