    I wouldn't take any other supplement

    This supplement is the best by far I've tried them all and if your menopausal or post menopausal or even premenopausal they help you with your night sweats with your sleep and then in the morning they help you get started on your day it's an AM formula and a p.m. formula 2 bottles excellent excellent supplement!

    Good for hot flashes!
