The item looks new. It is in excellent condition. See pictures of the new and my beaten up old one. The screen finally cracked. I was able to find the URC software and program the new one with the copy of the older template. Shipping however took way too long. Instead of 4-5 days it took almost 2 weeks. Still, in the end it works and looks great.
