The laptop arrived in the condition described and works perfectly. I will say the packaging was a bit questionable - it was padded and sent in a bubble mailer, and while it arrived unharmed, I would have felt better if it had been sent in a box. But that is a small complaint considering the great deal I got on a good product. I'd definitely buy from this seller again.
