The first package I received was with box, papers, manual but unfortunately the watch was missing. This was due to an error in the shipping department which was discovered later. They forgot to pack the watch. Seller was friendly and communication was great. Seller quickly send out a new package containing the watch and a second watch box which I already received after 2 days. A little bit of delay but the matter was handled correctly and swiftly.
