Action identified item as new. It was not. Although it is in very good condition, there is a clear sign of usage as the shoe inserts show the Jumpman logo is worn off.
I contacted seller, who was unaware of this shoe design and noted item as new based on appearance and former owner.
I asked seller for price adjustment, but after three attempts, seller not responding.
