Ho risposto e ho dato la disponibilità ad inviare un altro attuatore in sostituzione dell'articolo precedente dichiarato non funzionante senza pretendere il reso. Ho spedito l'articolo sostitutivo e vedo che a distanza dai più di un mese non ho avuto risposta dell'esito da parte dell'acquirente, quindi presumo che sia tutto risolto.
