    Only two things to complain about

    Had to replace unit because the screw that holds wire tight doesn’t very well if you have two different gauges of wire. I torqued the screw so much it twisted the head off and the wire still was not held tight. Secondly the software timer doesn’t turn switch off and on

    utter junk

    There is less that works than is broken about this piece of crap. Read the reviews for the app on the Google Play store. For the last month, nearly everyone sees the same failure: the app fails to connect to the device with some fallacious claim about your location services not being enabled. On the rare occasions it DOES connect, it has other major issues. The app crashes often, and its attempt to update the firmware on the switch hung at 22%, after which the switch is now completely broken and won't even turn the light on manually. I know have a useless brick wired into my wall. AVOID THIS PIECE OF JUNK AT ALL COSTS. That anyone can even market such a thing in good conscience is inconceivable.

    Ok but dimmer won't update

    The dimmer function does not support low light dimming with new led fixtures. Attempted to update the software and was unable. Attempted several times with failure to connect error every time. It does dim but not more than 2/3 from the brightest setting.

    Worst switch ever!

    Waste of time and money. I use it as a regular light switch now. Does not connect to bluetooth very well. App does not work, not user friendly. Go with the Leveton. A++ .Complete home automation with Alexa... flawless operation thru wifi.
