The Post Office never updated the Tracking, tried to deliver when we weren't home, didn't show up for the rescheduled delivery, and we finally had to go pick it up from the PO ourselves 5 days later. None of this was the seller's fault, and I'd give him 6 stars if I could for his communication and help trying to track down the package for us. Above and beyond service!
