This seller is a fraud. He advertised Product A and delivered Product B. Product A was a Radio Shack MPA-250 in what appeared, by his picture, to be in decent cosmetic condition. The unit was in need of repair. I understood that. What I received was a Optimus MPS-250 in horrendous physical condition and not resembling the listing picture at all. The sell blew me off categorically upon contact. I send pictures along as well to no avail. Fraud plain and simple.

Buyer is making a false claim as he has attempted to do before. Received the item as described but wished to cry foul when the item was for parts and not working as described. Attempted to threaten me because I wouldn’t refund and let him keep the item. Sellers should be wary of dealing with this user.

Ebay community users should understand that eBay sided with me on this case and refunded my money. The customer service members that helped me were courteous and professional. At no time did the seller attempt to make good on his dishonest and fraudulent sale. BUYERS BEWARE!
