Vase arrived in inadequate packaging, a box filled with other empty boxes and one sheet of bubble wrap. The vase was broken into pieces. I contacted the seller and sent photos and was promised a refund that day. I asked about the refund 2 days later & was told some story about waiting for a debit card that was arriving in 2 days. I asked again in 2 days. Was told the debit card hadn’t arrived. Needed 2 more days. All lies. Scam. Refund never happened. I believe I was sent a broken vase.
