This vendor shipped the plant in a well protected manner. Unfortunately, the package was 'lost' by the USPS for 3 weeks. When it arrived, the plant inside was destroyed by all the handling...NO FAULT of this vendor!!!! I contacted the vendor and asked them to send me another plant, at my expense. I was told that this plant was presently 'out' of stock. She offered, and provided, a refund for my purchase, even though the damaged plant was NOT their responsibility. Great customer care!
