While I did not receive my order, I could not have had a better experience from this seller. He was proactively communicative, researched as to why my order had not yet arrived (lost in the USPS system,) and immediately, without my asking, suggested I should go ahead and request a refund from PayPal. He was very apologetic, though he was not to blame. I chose to wait another week, but still no delivery, so today requested and received immediately my refund.
