I ordered the mellow on the 16th for my daughter and was told it would be shipped the same day. While the label was created on that day it was not actually shipped out until after I contacted seller if there was any update on the item because tracking showed it was still waiting for item ( contacted on the 24th dropped off on the 25th finally responded to my message on the 26th) I wish there was better communication on what was going on, even if the item had been forgotten about to send off.
