Outstanding Customer Service. Beautiful packaging and quick delivery to USA. I had an issue with the item and the seller went above and beyond to correct the problem. The dress was the correct designer and size and looked very similar to the photos however there were two details that mattered a lot to me that did not match the photos. Seller was very communicative and shipped quickly despite having ordered before a bank holiday. Well packaged and dress fit like a glove. Only thing to note is that the colour in-person was darker than in the picture. Dress was also had less sheen than what I expected (it’s more of a subtle sheen). Might be helpful to take a variety of pictures in natural lighting to give a better depiction. Nevertheless I am still pleased with the dress, thank you Debbie for the great service.
