    Great for data entry and well designed

    I used the wired version of this numeric keypad for years, but got tired of the cord. Was happy to find this cordless version for my test data entry needs at work. Great product and USB dongle stores in back next to switch.

    Convenient and it works, with one caveat

    If you're using a smaller laptop without a keypad and you're a touch typist, you need something like this. I wish it had a nano-USB dongle rather than the standard size one because the additional space required to avoid problems is a problem.

    Poor receiver range and latency

    Loses connection if it isn't within a few feet of and directly facing the receiver. Any objects (such as a pc that you plugged the receiver into the back of) will also block the signal. Even if you keep it within this tiny range, it still has terrible latency and random dropouts. Unusable.
