This seller was not honest about the item as when asked if a carafe was included he responded yes but just one.
Second he was dishonest about the shipment of the item, it was purchased on 12/8, asked for shipping update on 12/11, was told “tomorrow”, asked for another update on 12/19, was told “Hey there, just am so sorry I do not have it with me and I’m in Michigan/not at home. The item has been shipped and am guessing it is just delayed, bc of holidays. The item wasn’t shipped until 12/21 !!!
