I love the Jura Cool Control. The seller is amazing. This item was missing a couple parts that he was unaware of. It came in the original box with the owner's manual so I understand how it would be easy to not realize the small parts were not included in the box. He offered a full refund immediately. I was able to find the small parts I needed and told the seller I would just keep the unit and without asking he refunded the price of the parts I ordered. Great customer service.
